This pedestrian hotel complex includes a hotel and spacious maisonettes, built around two huge swimming pools. Résidence Maeva La Socanelle, which includes a small pond, also features various sports and leisure facilities. The restaurant serves a variety of local dishes.

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made up for arrival. Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment. End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). Cleaning kit. Television. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with: Folding baby cot with 1 sheet. Highchair.

Comments

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays and from 09:00 until 12:00 and 16:00 until 20:00 Sunday to Friday. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person older than 1 years per night is not included.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
